

Late Policy: I give clients a 10 minute grace period for appointments. Anything after that we can reschedule or fill in the next available time slot.
No Call/No Show: In the event of a no call no show, 50% of the missed service cost will need to be paid before another appointment is booked.
Accidents happen, if you are going to be late, please let me know in advance to adjust my schedule accordingly. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so up to 2 hours in advance.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, book the new appointment time and contact me in regards to the cancelled appointment.
